Check for recalls

Safety recall repairs are done free by dealers for the manufacturer. Many cars on the road have open recalls.

How

1. Find your 17-character VIN on your registration or dashboard
2. Enter it at NHTSA.gov/recalls
3. Call a dealer to book the free repair
4. Check again every few months
